We are proud to unveil the newest addition to the Mk Series, the MKV. Now crafted with a modified 316 case design that’s slimmer and sleeker. The new case is now 11mm thick with a smaller bezel that's 42 mm to complement the size modification.
We have also changed the bezel, altering the indents and reducing the total number of bolts to three. In addition to this, we have added a colored insert with bolts to add further color and visual interest to the form. This new case is easily interchangeable and able to feature our 316 steel band, rubber or leather band. Equipped with a Japanese 6 hand chronograph movement with a 60-minute stopwatch and world time functions, our new MKV watches can handle a dive underwater down to 100 meters depth.
As part of our new MKV collection, we have created our silver camo watch! The multi-colored camo dial, silver case, green case insert and black rubber strap is the newest style in the MK4 collection. Inside the silver case, the dial features a custom camo face, glossy black hour and minute hands, and black subdials hands while having gold accents around the hour markers. The watch also comes with a sturdy black rubber strap with breathable gills. This allows for airflow and circulation to make the strap more breathable on the wrist. This and its rose gold counterpart are one of a kind, with only limited stock available.
Yes, we may process an exchange or return for store credit only if it is processed within 7 days of the package delivery date. If the product you received did not fit to your liking, you may exchange it for a new size. If the new size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your order for another product of the same value. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. HOUSE OF TRE LI must receive the returned item within 7 days of the return authorization. Please note Misc. Accessories (such as oddities or Home Goods), Socks, Masks, Undergarments, or Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be aware that you assume all risks and shipping costs associated with processing a refund. HOUSE OF TRE LI does not provide return labels and is not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third-party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing. EXCHANGES
If you need to make an exchange, items must be in their original unworn condition with attached tags and packaging and sent to the address provided in the return/exchange form within 14 days from the receipt. Please contact support@houseoftreli.com prior to mailing back the package to ensure the desired item is still available. Almost Someday is not financially responsible for shipping charges on exchanges back to our fulfillment centers. Be sure to obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. All exchanges are depending on existing stock. We do not offer exchanges on sales or discounted items.
SALE / FINAL ITEMS
Sale items are final and may not be exchanged or returned. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on Misc. Accessories (such as oddities or Home Goods), Socks, Masks, Undergarments, or Sale Items. Sales are final on these items as well.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Due to the quick nature of our fulfillment process, we do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. We kindly ask for you to please be sure of the items in your cart before checking out. We do our best to ship all packages within the first 2-4 business days of your order date, but in the event that we do not fulfill this obligation in a timely manner and your order has not shipped within 2 weeks, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.
STORE CREDIT
Any store credit issued will be valid for one year from the date issued.
Q- I didn't receive an order confirmation email, did my order go through?
A- When we have high traffic releases order confirmations can be delayed. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout then your order has gone through. We recommend that you save your order number for your records.
Q- I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
A- Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted. Please use the Returns/Exchanges tab at the bottom of our home page to initiate a return shipment.
Q- I ordered from your online shop and need an exchange?
A- Please follow the instructions on our Returns/Exchanges page for instructions on how to initiate a Return Shipment
Q- I placed an order online can I come and pick it up at the store?
A- Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to pick up their web orders from our stores.
Q- I'm seeing a double charge on my bank/credit card statement, did I get charged twice?
A- This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company and it will be automatically removed within 3-5 business days.
